Returns within Germany are free of charge and we will cover the costs for the return label. For all delivery addresses outside Germany, however, you must pay for your own return label and send it to us for a fee.

The standard shipping method is DHL. We charge a flat rate of EUR 5.90 for shipping to you within Germany. Within the EU we charge 9.90 EUR. Returns via DHL are free of charge for you. In the event of a return, we will refund the flat-rate shipping costs for transportation to you.

Yes, we deliver all orders with DHL as standard. If you would like the shipment to be delivered to a Packstation, please enter the address of the Packstation under Delivery address.

No, but from a minimum order value of 120,- € you get free shipping and thus save 4,90€.
