Club of Comfort - Backstage

Sustainability and responsibility in practice at Club of Comfort

Sustainability and responsible action are close to our hearts.
That is why Club of Comfort produces exclusively in Europe according to European guidelines and under social conditions that in some cases exceed the minimum standards customary in the country. Through regular on-site visits by our employees, we work to control and constantly improve not only product quality, but also production conditions. In addition, we source most of our outer materials and ingredients from Europe, which keeps transport distances as short as possible and reduces environmentally harmful emissions. Furthermore, we attach great importance to using textiles and ingredients that have been tested for harmful substances and certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.

This gives us, our employees and our customers a good feeling. End consumers are also increasingly reporting back to us how important good production conditions and the use of pollutant-free fabrics and ingredients are to them. Fashion with the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certificate guarantees consumers a high level of product safety. This is because the manufacturing parts of an OEKO-TEX® product are subject to strict testing criteria. This means that not only the fabric, but also the sewing threads, zips and buttons have been tested and certified. Because fashion lies directly on the skin, strict human ecological criteria apply to OEKO-TEX® articles, including the absence of chemicals that are harmful to health and harmful dyes.
